Misaligned crankshaft with camshafts

Thanks to everyone for the help. I’ve managed to get quite far in the project considering my total lack of mechanical experience. I’m all ready to commence with my timing belt repair. I just have one problem. The idler pulley bolt that snapped. I drilled out the hole and tried to re-thread it and probably failed. Now I just need to know, can I replace the spacer behind the #1 idler pulley? It’s fitted into the engine block and I don’t see any way to get behind it. Can I pry the sucker out and then tap in a new one? Do I even have any options at this point?
