So if I’m selling cocaine on the side in my haberdashery it’s okay since I’m not forcing my customers to buy a toot to go with their suit?

The NJ Income Tax form has a space for reporting out-of-state purchases so that one can pay NJ sales tax on those purchases, and according to an accountant whom I know he has NEVER seen anyone reporting that type of info. I know that I have never done it.
