Is the sky engine going in the 2011 Mazda 3? And, if so, when will it be released?
No it is not. The engines for the 2011 Mazda 3 are the 2.0L for the base model, 2.5L for the “i” model, and the 2.3L Turbo for the Mazdaspeed model. There are diesels if you live in Europe and are a belt-and-suspenders kind of guy. The rumors are that the Miata will be the first car to get the sky engine. I don’t know if it’s happening though.
