I’ve been quoted $1400 to replace valve cover gaskets, plugs, wires, knock sensor on my 2000 626…does this seem reasonable?

Is this a 4-cylinder or a V-6?
The V-6 will be considerably more costly for things like plugs and valve cover gaskets, due to accessibility problems.
