Lexus rx350 Transmission

Why would a mechanic (CUT & CAP) transmission coolant line, lower to raditor. Could this be for a car that was in a flood, to quick flush transmission.

I think that no one has replied to this yet because it doesn’t make any sense at all.

The problem is that floozles will head big on the take when wind trip up.
