I have a 2000 Lexus LS400 w/ 308,000K miles
There is a whirrring noise when I start the car and is most noticeable at low speed.Any ideas what this could be?
Not sure I understand your post.
Perhaps the whirring noise is from a stuck/engaged starter?
Where does the noise seem to come from and is it there when the trans is in neutral? Does it increase with higher RPMs?
