Klunking noise when braking

Our 2002 CRV has started making a klunking noise when braking slightly hard. It seems to be coming from an area below the transmission. It is simply one “klunk” when the pedal is depressed. Any ideas?

I’d Check All Engine / Transmission Mounts And Anti-Roll Devices.

Can you feel it at all ? Can you get it do it in a jack-rabbit start ?
