Maybe it’s time to hook it up to “some computer.” There may be diagnostic codes stored in the computer. How will you know if you don’t check?
First step (assuming this was never done) is scan the car for codes. AutoZone, Checkers, or whomever will do this for you free.
Assuming no codes are present, then the possibility at least of a failing fuel pump could be considered.
