Craftman (Sears) used to have a sort of electric-hammer gadget. Not gonna be as powerful as an air-chisel like photos above; it was more for hammering nails into wood in difficult to access areas I think, but it might work for the OP, who knows. The link below isn’t the one I saw, the one I saw wasn’t as expensive, but same idea.
