I have a symbol flashing on and off below the speedometer on my 2006 Chevrolet Colorado. It looks like a gear with a “+” sign in it. What does this mean?
Old Driver, I’m Really Surprised That Information Was Not Found In Your Owner’s Manual. Is GM Chevrolet Slipping?
I have to agree with CSA.
Surely this information is contained in your Owner’s Manual.
Since I don’t have a Colorado owner’s manual and I don’t recognize the warning light from the description, I can only suggest that in general a flashing light is not good and often indicates something that may be a safety hazard or may mean the car is at risk of some expensive damage if it is driven.
If you can’t find your owner’s manual, call the dealer and see if they can figure it out and see if they can provide a new manual. Manuals may also be found on-line
