First please loose the ALL CAPS. It is hard for most people to read and it is considered rude.
How about some more information:
- Make of car
- Year of car
- Model of car
- Auto or manual
- Any other information that might be connected?
- Do the dash lights come on when you turn the key?
- Have you removed the key and waited 3 minutes before trying to start it again?
It sounds like an anti-theft system problem with this Caddy DeVille of unknown vintage.
Have you read the verbiage in the Owner’s Manual regarding the anti-theft system and how it functions?
