I will bet on a "crank sensor"

Woman called in with a car that would not start after being hot. You guessed coil. I will guess crank sensor. They are on usually on the block, so get hot when car stops moving. Hard to get at, but a gallon of cold water poured onto it will get the car running again.

Can’t be a crank sensor on the engine. A 1992 Geo Prism doesn’t have crank sensor on the engine. The crank rotation sensor is located in the distributor.
