What if he goes off and uses Google to find the answer, and Google takes him to this site where he reads the answer to his own question? In the grand scheme of things it would be a catch 22, since the solutions provided by Google only exist because someone decided to talk about it on a discussion forum rather than just Google it.

I have to laugh. Then he would be very confused by trying to unscrew it like I said. I actually appreciate it when it is pointed out that I’m wrong. I should go back and delete them.
Aren’t you glad you got involved? You could have said something like “If you weren’t so lazy you would find a better message board”.

In my experience model specific forums are of little help. I reviewed a couple of those concerning this very question—worthless information.
Due to the design of the shifter and center consul, Mustangman provided the correct answer.
