Um, Tom and Ray never stop by here. Why would they personally answer Emails and what makes you think that they would?
You get a generic, probably automated response from the “Web lackeys”. Not very helpful. But to be fair, if they started personally answering every e-mail, they would have no time for anything else.
That’s one of the reasons this forum exists. It gives people a chance to get advice from folks,some of whom seem to know more about cars than Tom and Ray.
