I can see the plastic frame on the fan assembly moving.
It shouldn’t do that.

A fan motor from Toyota is $228 , the labor is about 2.5 hours.
Looks like they can match dealer prices.
Get this fixed soon. My son had this same problem with his 2006 Chevrolet Uplander. One blade had broken so the fan was out of balance. The blade that broke out a pinhole leak in the radiator, so the radiator had to be replaced along with the fans.

It seems like it needs to have the whole thing replaced though? I seen this YouTube about the switch but It looks like a different situation or symptoms.
