I have a 1978 chrysler cordoba

i need info on how to fix a broken leaf springs the rear end is dragging well scraping and i think it is this problem anyway

If the main leaf is broken, you need a new one. If one of the other ones is broken, you find a similar piece at a junkyard and insert it where the old one came from. You have to loosen or remove the U-bolts. Pliars and screwdriver can sometimes be used to remove the spring clamps that hold the leafs straight. There may be an eye bolt holding the leafs together too; it’s where the axle touches the spring. It isn’t worth doing it yourself when a shop can do it in an hour.
