That was the color of my Morris minor. 62 Gm something or other. My vw was blue though. Factory color.

VW turquoise was my favorite color for the Beetle. Every once in a while I see classic Bug in that color, but classic Bug owners seem to prefer other colors now. My neighborhood hosts one classic Bug that is adorned with a two-tone paint job, what an anathema!! … lol …

My neighbor has a red one, race tuned. I can hear it every time he starts it up. Never seems to leave the driveway.

I watched this a few months ago, definitely entertaining for folks interested in classic Beetles.
