We just had our 99 Odyssey serviced before going on vacation. Everything seemed fine but we noticed that whenever we parked the car without turning it off, after a few minutes it would intermittently go from 1000 to 2000 RPM back and forth. the any ideas why our car might be doing this all of a sudden? thanks in advance for your help …
A vacuum leak can cause erratic idle speeds. So can a problem with the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve.
