My 1999 CRV starts to shimmy in the steering wheel and the brakes are touchy after driving 20 minutes in city traffic. Don’t know which happens first, but they both happen together. After this begins, it comes and goes. Speed appears not to be a factor. The shimmy happens without braking. And braking does not make the shimmy go away.
