Thank you for posting the video Robert G so we could all see it without the hassle of having to download and whatnot, or whatever is expected for us to do in order to see anything on a paid site…

It’s amazing how some people will reveal too much, without having enough intelligence to realize what they are revealing. I am reminded of a woman whom we had charged with child neglect, and of course, she denied it.
This was quite a few years ago, and somehow I had the instinct to look for her on My Space. There, I found her page, complete with pics of her taking various forms of controlled dangerous substances, and text in which she described herself as a “hard drinking, drug taking Jersey Girl”.
Printouts of her pics and texts were our Exhibit A, and the judge ruled that she was, indeed, a negligent parent. She was ordered to enter drug treatment if she wished to have the child live in her home.

There is missing context; this morning on local Detroit talk radio it was revealed that his license was reinstated two years ago but the associated records were not updated. The responsibility to implement the update was lost somewhere between the judge who reinstated the license and the Secretary of State office (a.k.a. DMV). He should have personally verified his status but the situation does not warrant vilifying the man.
The man also stated that he was driving a family member for an urgent medical need… I am not sure why the man’s court-appointed attorney was apparently completely unaware of these details.

This is why I don’t follow up with the media. They only tell you stuff that benefit themselves ( I.e., views ).
His license was reinstated. If judge asked why he was driving he could say why not? I have a valid license.
