Cleaned throttle body and now my car is idling high. I removed IAC valve and MAF sensor so they didn’t get damaged by the cleaner. Is this normal?
find the fuse for the pcm and pull it for 15 minutes . . It needs to be reset , it currently thinks it is still dirty and is running on those parameters .
Could I just unhook the battery?
Yeah, you can unhook the battery.
And it takes more like 15 seconds, not 15 minutes.
