Heating system frozen!

The heating/ac system in my 200 A4 Audi wagon is frozen. i cannot turn off the fan or change the temperature setting or simply turn off the system

Try disconnecting the fuse (hopefully) to it. If that does not work disconnect the car battery.

Sort of like doing a “reboot” to the system.
