i have a 2000 dodge darango what all do i have to take off to get to the heater blower motor

You’re going to have to take it to an AC service shop to replace the blower motor the proper way.

I assume you want to remove the unit because it isn’t working. Hopefully you have proved the unit is really defective before you work on getting it out by applying power directly to it.
