I have a 1994 ford ranger 2.3 liter engine with 295,000 miles on it, and after I have been driving with my headlights on they will start flashing on and off. I’ve replaced the headlight/highbeam switch and checked all the connections going from that to the fuse box and all the connections are good and I can’t figure out for the life of me what the heck it could be.

When I had that on my Lincoln it was the headlight switch drawing too much current and flipping the breaker on and off. So you either have something drawing too much current or a bad circuit breaker. How about the stalk for the high/low beam switch? Probably going to have to check the circuit diagram to see what else is in that circuit.
