According to the RV ‘dinghy towing guide’, you can flat tow your 4wd (NOT 2wd) truck. I assume there is a “N” or “Neutral” position on the 4wd selector?

You could pay to have your truck shipped on the back of a semi. There are plenty of auto shippers out there who will do it for you. Try googling “auto shipping companies.”

Who told you your truck is too big to tow? Could that person be mistaken?

There are plenty of out-of-work professional truck drivers out there right now. You might be able to find one to drive your truck for you for a few hundred dollars and the price of a bus ticket. Just make sure you check with your insurance company first to make sure you are covered for something like this.

Take off the drive shafts.
Plug the housings on the transfer case.
