Do motor cycles share crankcase oil with the transmission?

Most do have a common crankcase with the transmission unless it is a Harley Davidson. Those are separate. Except maybe the V-Rod, not sure.

At least you didn’t ask if a 2 stroke motorcycle shares lubrication with the engine!
