Tranny loses all gears forward and reverse intermittently. I turn ignition off and on a couple times and everything is fine. Anybody got any suggestions? It might be electrical because when I take key out of ignition and get out of car my power windows and radio are still working.

Are you saying they continue to work beyond the time limit for Retained Accessory Power (RAP)? Even with the key out you should have a short time where the RAP allows radio and window operation.
sounds like a short.there is a censor that just goes to your tranny check that .
