Can anyone explain why dual gate/garage genie (two buttons) works fine for the garage but will not work the gate. It used to but now it’s stopped working.
Changed the battery, nothing
When I was having a problem with my Chamberlain garage door opener I gave them a call on their tech support number.
After explaining that the door would start to close but then reverse, they mailed me the part I needed (rotation counter) along with instructions on how to install it. Very nice of them & problem solved.
Give the folks at Genie tech support a call.
