Car occasionally will not cold start. I replaced fuel filter which seemed to help for 2 days, but today it would not cold start. After roll starting (manual tranny) it seems to run ok. Is this a fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator problem? If so, how do I fix it. Do I have to remove the fuel tank?
