Won’t start on a cool morning , but will in the afternoon as the temperature riises.
Try the key dance: turn key to Run, back to Off, back to Run a few times. Each time pause a couple seconds at Run. The fuel pump should run then turn off. It brings fuel and fuel pressure up to the engine. Then turn key all the way to Start.
