I have 2004 Honda Civic and I live in cold Iowa and I have been having a problem with frost on the inside of my windshield. It only happens when it is really cold outside (like 15 degrees). The frost is really thick by the vents. Could the weather stripping on the hood be bad or is it something else?? FYI : I have recently gotten the condenser replaced (accident), but this problem happened last winter too.
Thanks for the help,
Ari
you have too much humidity in the car…run defroster with air conditioner on and with fresh air vent on. Dry out your car’s interior by shaking out mats leaving windows open.
Yep, too much humidity. A common mistake is to use recirculate mode in the winter.
