I got my tires rotated about 3 wks to a month ago. It snowed 4 days ago but 1 day after the snow I have been hearing a noise when I pick up speed. It starts at about 35-40 miles per hour and gets a little louder. It sounds like a card in the spoke wheel of a bicycle or a flag flapping. It get’s faster as I drive faster. My car doesn’t make that sound when idling or when going less than 35 miles an hour.
As with any problem like that, check for loose lug nuts. A tire bulge can flap and so can a rubberized cover near the bumper or radiator or wheel well.
Also check the plastic splash guard under the engine. I’ve seen cars driving down the road with a loose splash guard flapping away underneath.
