Ford 5.4 Triton no spark at #5 coil

I thought I could trust what he said. I don’t have a lot of experience working on these types of engines but with the videos and forums like this, a guy can get by doing these repairs pretty easily. I assumed he did the compression test and came up with his diagnosis but I checked all of them twice and kept getting good numbers so I ordered the coils and bought new Motorcraft plugs and I am amazed with the power! It really woke that engine up! And I only had to spend a few hundred. Thanks again…I am a fan of this forum. Nice people and useful information.

Thanks for the tip but it is running strong as ever and I am just going to use it as is. If it acts up again I probably will sell it as is.
