Did driver lose control while setting off fireworks or after?
Lesson learned, don’t drive excessively fast with explosives in the vehicle…
Driving at high speeds, lost control and ran off road, hit a tree and a light pole, doesn’t sound like the odds were with the driver to begin with, and if I was to guess, probably some liquid pleasure (or whatever) going on there also…
Sad for his family…
It doesn’t say WHERE those fireworks were located or type of car.
In the back of an SUV… BAD location…
INside a truck that has a truck bed…very poor choice when you have an alternative…
In the trunk of a sedan…poor choice but understandable and unlikely to cause this kind of death…
Sad for his family.
Wow that is the first red star article I’ve seen in years. They make you buy a subscription. Used to give you a couple articles a month, now you can’t even see the list. At any rate they have been going down hill for years.
The tv news said the police noted the car and were turning around to pull him over when he crashed. The pole kept him from hitting the house with people in it. Didn’t mention the fire works so who knows? But there are a bunch of feral youth running around throwing fire works out the car and generally being lawless. So it would not be beyond the realm of possibilities that he was lighting the fireworks to throw it out the window and dropped the hot coffee on his lap so to speak.
At some point this needs to stop one way or another. At least he will not have offspring to perpetuate this nonsense.
Nor will this guy:
Deleted… inappropriate…
Sad for the family…
I just can’t respond civilly to that so I’ll shut up.
