I have a 2010 CRV with approximately 10k miles. This is my wife’s car primarily.
Recently I have started to hear a sound from the rear right of the vehicle. Its a ‘thud’ each time teh vehicle passes over a pothole. I’m guessing it has something to do with the strut/strut mount.
I bought the car new last year so its under the 3yr/36kmile warranty. Is thsi covered under the warrantly?

You could be guessing correctly . . . or maybe not. Rather than mislead the service tecnicians I think you should take the car into the dealer and tell them:
“Recently I have started to hear a sound from the rear right of the vehicle. Its a ‘thud’ each time teh vehicle passes over a pothole.”
A strut/spring/mount can go thud, but other things can go thud, too. A broken exhaust hanger or a loose parking brake cable, for example.
Let them zero in on the noise.
