Oh geeze another one from 2011. As long as I’m here, when I check thermostats in a pan of water, I use a thermometer and check it both ways. I check that it opens at the right temp and that it also closes at the right temp. And yeah I just go OEM now. I think the last one was $25 but no problems.
Im reading this for low temps on a MF tractor, wont warm up. They want £40 ($50?) so I skipped it as it was closed, & its not easy to get at. Guess I`ll have to do it again!
