I have a 1999 Subaru Impreza with 160,000 miles. I recently had the 150K service including a brake flush etc. About a week after I got my car back I noticed a creaking/groaning noise coming from the front when I depress the pedal. It only happens after the car is warmed up (driving for 30 minutes or it is very hot out), never happens in reverse, and is much less noticeable going uphill. There is a little squeal on occasion but it is not very noticeable. My mechanic recently left the area and I am searching for a new one, so right now I don’t have a trusted source to get an answer yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
