E85 pumps in NH are NOT for the public. They are some private ones used by commercial companies for their specialized vehicles. There are places that sell drums or E85.

Nope, there are a few states that have zero E85 stations like Maine, Vermont, NH, Montana… And then surprisingly some that have less than 10 E85 stations like Washington, Oregon, and some more on the upper east coast area
