There is no way I would call a 10 year old AWD drive anything with 1000,000 ( I guess you meant 100,000 miles ) , a solid commuter vehicle. And since I have no idea where you are and can’t see or drive this thing can’t offer an opinion on price or condition. If you must have it the normal advice here is pay a shop to look at it for problems it might have.
