Any car with 200+K miles is going to need some attention, what are you looking for? If you just want something you can just drive without paying any attention, look for a lower mileage car. If you specifically want this car and are willing to put some effort/cash into maintaining it, it might be worthwhile. Also, I would be reluctant to buy it without fairly complete service records (unless it was very cheap).
If the price is right and you have a competent mechanic who is reasonable and gives the ok on it, it could be a great car.
What is the history of miles, eg pure highway???
