When I cold crank my car with my AC on my car emits a horrible squealing noise. It sounds like a belt slipping. When I turn the AC off the squealing stops. After about 15 seconds of driving I can turn the AC back on with no problems.

Your A/C should not be turned on when you are cranking the engine, as that is putting a heavier load on the starter motor. Also, it is a good idea to run the engine for a minute or so before you engage the A/C.
Anyway, I would suggest that you check the belt tensioner. It sounds like the belt is slipping and the tensioner could be the problem.
Thank you! I will have this checked.
