Does anyone know what may be causing a clicking noise in the front wheel area of an 05 PT Cruiser? We’ve had several “so-called” mechanics look at it and can find nothing but when you drive either forward or reverse it clicks pretty loud. Brakes are fine and nothing is interfering with the wheels.
If you have plastic wheel covers, take them off and see if the clicking stops. Had the same noise with a 98 Windstar.
