I have a 2004 Lincoln Navigator. On the aux ac unit the temperature blend door actuator is making a clicking noise. I changed it out a year ago with one from napa and it has started again. what causes that clicking noise, and is thier any easier way to fix it

The motor is taken out by the door not moving as it should.
Simply replacing another motor will not be enough.
You’re going to have to get in there and see what’s holding up the door.
