Check engine light - P0141

Hi,



I have a 2001 Toyota Rav4 with the check engine light on for a bad O2 sensor in Bank 1 Sensor 2 location. We changed out the sensor after the cat on the driver’s side, and the light stayed off for about 6 miles. We cleared the code, and the light still came back on. Did we change the wrong sensor, or is there something else that I should check? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Did you check the wiring & wiring harness before replacing the sensor?
