Cars and guitars

@Fender1325

You will need to be patient. The dulcimer is in the hands of my daughter who is out of town. Thanks for the interest.

“Disorder and confusion everywhere
no one seems to care, well I do
who’s in charge here…”

Funny but the tune that’s been spinning around in my head all day from all the news is: “Eve of Destruction” by Barry Mcguire. 1965 I believe. I was in DC when I first heard it and it drove my Dad nuts listening to it. . . .the eastern world it is exploting . . .

maybe if we re real quiet nobody will tell mom we re talking about music…

Thanks guys.

@ok4450 I was about 15 feet from buddy backstage before he went on, but I couldnt muster up the courage to go say some cliche thing to him he’s heard 10,000 times already. I just enjoyed the moment, then heard him go out and wail.

OK4450, your post reminds me of Les Paul, who could still play mesmerizing guitar well into his late 80s at least (he passed away at almost 94), even though his hands were twisted and knotted from arthritis. Buddy Guy is a living legend. Let’s hope he’s with us for many more years.
