Car won't start (video)

Hi guys, I’ve been on holiday vacation for a month and when I came back to my car it won’t start. I tried jumper cable on it…the head lights come on and it’s making an attempt to start but fails. It’s a Mini Cooper S 2012. Here’s the video: https://vid.me/u8M4

Any suggestions?

Start by having the battery and the charging system tested.
If the battery is too weak, it may prevent jump starting.
Post the results.

Connect the jumper cables.

Start the donor vehicle and let it idle for 15-20 minutes before starting the dead vehicle.

If the dead vehicle starts, get a new battery.
