Car Won't Start, Battery, Alternator, and Starter Test Good

What was the battery voltage while this was happening, and later when the car did start?

I didn’t have the multimeter attached when attempting to start the car. I will do that test this morning. I can say that after the two attempts, with the car off, the battery voltage was 12.83, so the battery seems to have an adaquate charge.

I ran a test just now. The voltage got down to 11.1. The cranking was slow, but it started. Here is a video:

I ran another test. This time the car failed to start. The voltage got down to 11.0. A near immediate second attempt also resulted in failure and brought the voltage down to ~10.8.

I replaced the starter motor, and that seems to have solved the problems. It turns over much faster, and after many tests, there hasn’t been a single failure to start.
