Hey guys I have a question my 1997 saturn went completely dead a a few weeks ago a got a jump and I thought it was good but it happen again, now it won’t even hold a charge and when it is dead there is a very loud clicking sound in the trunk on the right side, can anyone tell me what might be the issue? please help!!!
It sounds like your battery is no longer holding a charge and needs replacing. You should also have the alternator tested to make sure that is putting out the proper charge. If the alternator is no good, the battery will simply drain down.
Is that the original battery. I suspect replacing it would solve all the problems. The clicking may be the fuel pump and it may be having problems due to the low voltage.
If it is a newer battery, then you may want to check out that fuel pump, maybe you don’t have a battery problem.
