If you charge the battery and it starts, and then the battery dies again (assuming you don’t leave the halos on again 
) try pulling the fuse for the bluetooth module for a few days to see if it stops draining the battery.

I guess that statement means you don’t have a battery charger or you don’t know how to charge a battery. Where ever you are there must be parts stores or battery sales places that will either charge it or sell you a charger . In the US Auto Zone will charge and test a battery for free.
