Car will not charge after dealer complete recall 23533

I took my car into the Ford dealer to have the recall to 23533 completed which is installing a fuse box to my battery section of my hybrid. I got the car back and now it won’t charge where it charged everywhere. I took the car and plugged it in for the last year. Now the dealer is telling me it’s just coincidence that Both charging modules went bad while we had it it had nothing to do with us. I call bull crap. Anyone else have any ideas what they did like they shorted something which made my c…
